After you submit this request:
  1. It will be sent to the Supervisor/Instructor for approval.
  2. The office will wait for the supervisor/instructor approval before processing your request and contacting you. Note that a deposit of $40 is required, which can be paid using your credit or debit card. This deposit will be refunded once the key is returned. Keys are issued between 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
